125 Dennis Macha: Faith Over Fear

On Tuesday, June 30, host Trey Cashion had Dennis Macha, President of RED-C Catholic Radio, on the show to discuss fear and faith, specifically during this time of chaos amidst the coronavirus pandemic. A verse from Matthew 6 sparked the discussion: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?” Dennis and Trey talked about trusting in the Lord despite our circumstances and how it is alright to be concerned about the things of this world, but we should not let them give us anxiety or override our faith in God. We have to remember that God can bring about good in bad situations, no matter what they are.
