On Tuesday, June 15, Trey discussed how athletics and sports can play a huge role in a child's life, teaching them many lessons, including lessons in the Faith and cause growth in spirituality. He quoted 1 Corinthians 9:24-27 which talks about running a race and only one runner gets a prize. He also pulled some things from the "Cashi-chism", and used his son's experience and attitude as a beautiful example of humility! Remember, only God can take the mystery out of parenthood. Pray, parent with a purpose, and prepare for God to amaze you. He will!
